Group lessons are training for 4 or more people in a High energy atmosphere that allow friends to keep each other accountable. This training is for the consistent client that is able to perform well with group instruction. Clients are able to burn up to 1000 calories with this full body workout. The workout consists of cardio, core and strength training. Group training is a great option for the days that you want to train with and motivate others.

Sessions is instruction for 2 to 3 people These sessions are recommended for one hour with the same emphasis as one on one training. Instruction is given to each person to follow specific routine with alternating use of equipment or machines in a group session. Training is usually focused on 2 to 3 different exercises per session.
